PitchDreams Cost Navigator (“the Service”) is built by soccer parents, for soccer parents. We believe in transparency about how we handle your information — just like we believe in transparency about club costs.

1. Information We Collect

We collect as little information as possible to provide a useful service:

• Search queries — When you search for clubs by name, state, or ZIP code, we process that query to return results. We may retain anonymized search data to improve the service.
• Cost submissions — If you submit cost data for a club, we collect the fee information you provide. Submissions are anonymous by default — we do not require an account or email address.
• Usage analytics — We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site is used. This data is aggregated and cannot identify individual users.
• Technical data — Standard server logs may include IP addresses, browser types, and referring URLs. These are used for security and debugging and are not linked to personal profiles.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

• • Names, email addresses, or phone numbers (unless you voluntarily email us)

We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data to third parties. Period. We do not serve targeted advertising. We do not share data with data brokers. The cost data we publish is sourced from public information and community submissions — not from tracking our users.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use only essential cookies required for the site to function properly (such as session management). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

If we use analytics tools, they are configured for privacy-first operation — no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking, and no data shared with advertising networks.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase for database services. These providers process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements. We choose providers with strong privacy and security practices.

7. Data About Clubs

The cost data displayed on this site is sourced from publicly available materials (club websites, published fee schedules) and anonymous community submissions. This is factual information about organizations, not personal data about individuals.

Club administrators can request corrections or removal of their club's data by contacting us at support@pitchdreams.com.

8. Children's Privacy

This Service is designed for parents and guardians of youth soccer players. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our service, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.

9. Your Rights

Because we collect minimal data and do not require accounts, there is very little personal data to manage. However, you have the right to:

• • Request deletion of any data you've submitted
• • Opt out of analytics tracking using your browser's Do Not Track setting
