What the badges and dates mean

A fee sheet two seasons old burned us once, so every fee here carries a status and a date, and you can judge each row yourself.

The badges

Club Confirmed

The club claimed its page and confirmed this row.

Verified

One of us checked the row against its source.

Community Reported

Two parents agree within 15%, or a parent and the club's site do.

Awaiting a second report

One parent's number, shown but not counted until someone else agrees.

Unverified

Read from the club's site, not yet checked by a person; counted, and linked so you can check it.

Under Review

The club's site now disagrees with the stored amount by a wide margin. The number stays until that settles; a flag, not a change.

The notices

Last season's prices: every priced program is from an earlier season. Not on the price sheet: charges parents were not told about at signing, once two have answered. Unconfirmed beside a level: a directory said it and the club's own pages have not.

The dates

Each fee shows verified with the date the club's site last showed that amount or one of us last confirmed it, or added with the date it first appeared. The page header shows the newest, or “Site read” when there are no prices. How current is this? reports what share of fees were confirmed within 90 days; our target is 70%.

How a wrong number gets fixed

• We read the club's site again. Same amount: the date moves. Different amount: the row goes Under Review. That category priced without that amount on two separate days: the row is retired, kept in the history.
• We log every change: what, when, on what evidence. Only the club's own site or the club clears a review; an average never moves a fee.
• You report a number from any club page; it is reviewed and published as above.
• A club claims its page and confirms or corrects every row, free.
• Anyone emails support@pitchdreams.com. A person fixes or removes the row within 48 hours.
